I ordered a Quebec villa, it has a large private yard, fish pond, gazebo, all cooking utensils are provided, the villa is an old building but well maintained, clean, the children are very happy on school holidays here, Thanks Alfa Resort 🫶🏻

I stayed at the Quebec villa, the bedroom was full of ants, the bed had insects suspected to be fleas, the water in 2 bathrooms was not working, the electricity went out, the hot water was not working, the towels were torn and dirty, the floor was dusty, no toiletries (soap and toothbrush) were provided, the TV channels were full of ants and the sound was unclear, it was the rainy season but no umbrellas were provided from the villa to the breakfast area. Makes me regret staying here.

The room area is okay, there is no AC at night, it's just cool from nature, there is good wifi, but it's noisy in the morning because there is still construction going on. As for the restaurant, they could have more food variations, maybe the restaurant theme is different from the room or maybe the restaurant hasn't been renovated yet.

When I first arrived, the security guard directed me to the villa. The security was very friendly and helpful.
I stayed in the Quebec type. The villa was spacious, with a gazebo, a fish pond, and a small grassy field. However, the villa was a bit dirty, with yellow water. There was only one bathroom (there were 3 bathrooms) had a water heater. There was a bathtub, but it couldn't be used because it didn't have a cover. There was no magic com, and there were no towels so I had to ask the receptionist for one. The curtains were a bit worn and didn't cover all the windows, so I had to find a way to cover them myself. When I was there, a new villa was under construction, so it was a bit uncomfortable because there was a lot of dust and lots of construction workers. The swimming pool was too small for the spacious area and room. The water was a bit murky, probably because there was no water filter and it was covered in dust from the construction.
When I checked out, there was a problem with the towel problem. They said there was one towel missing, so I was stuck at the reception waiting for the staff to find one. The staff said that one towel was missing so I had to pay 150,000 rupiah in compensation, but I went back to the villa to look for the towel but ended up finding it so I didn't have to pay for the towel. The staff wasn't very thorough.

Could not running well the Youtube on Televion (TV), It needs to upgrade new TV with new Technology like Android TV or Google TV.
The speed internet is limited, if some smartphones connected, the laptop which connected to share youtube on TV stopped.

I have stayed here several times, the staff are responsive, the hotel area facilities are very good, the room area is clean and the standard equipment in the kitchen is very helpful. Currently the hotel is undergoing renovations and I hope there will be rejuvenation in the old units because in several km the toilet and shower are problematic. But it is all covered by the beautiful view and comfortable environment.
