Very good, the journey to the place is easy and easy to get through, the staff is very friendly, the food is delicious. Yesterday I bought green chili chicken with Padang chili sauce, lots of chicken, really soft, really good. For breakfast, there are lots of food variants, I really like the soup which is similar to Zupa. For good rooms, spacious, clean, fragrant, complete equipment, there is a dispenser in front of the room so you don't have to buy water outside, there is not enough spoon for stirring coffee, the same for those who are hot, the bath water comes out in a moment so you have to turn it off again and then open it again Just have to wait until it's warm. The place is quiet, quiet, the room is tight because it rained at night so you couldn't hear it. Just make it great overall.

Clean, beautiful view, recommended. Hopefully the next access road won't have any rocks so it will be more stable.

Got the top room, got a good view from the balcony, the citylight was visible, near the pool the view was great, mashaAllah. But if you want to have breakfast, go all the way down, exercise, darling 😂. Good breakfast, not too much variety. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel road is also a bit challenging, but it's all worth it with the facilities. You won't regret coming all the way from Medan for a holiday here. Next time, if you go on holiday to Puncak, you will stay at this hotel again.

For access the road is quite narrow and steep and passes through residential areas but it pays off with a clean room, good breakfast, the view is really good, it's just really homework for dropping things from the parking lot to his room because it's quite far and up and down stairs, plus not assisted by officers, but the hotel employees are quite friendly.

For breakfast, the taste of the food is pretty good, but it's a shame it doesn't have much variety. Maybe next time you can add various types of pastries and fresh juices. For the cleanliness of the bathroom it's okay, but for the bed linen it's not clean enough, next time it can be improved again. Staying in a family cabin with hammock (f23) the view is really cool at night, the city light is a winner. There are playground and swimming pool facilities for children to feel at home. 1 lack of water in the dispenser there is dirt maybe the cleanliness of the dispenser also needs attention. Friendly staff especially the front office. Over all good experience for the first time staying. Next, hopefully we can come back with improvement from Alinson. Thank you Alison.

Admin dan staff sangat sangat ramah sekali, setiap informasi diberitahu, pemandangannya luar biasa MasyaAllah indah sekali, semua peralatan yang tersedia di dalam kamar bersih, sarapannya enak dan banyak varian kita juga di tawaran kan oleh staff untuk dibikinkan telur dadar atau ceplok dan omelet. Sangat puas, next semoga kami berdua kesana dengan anak kami, aamiin 😇.

Untuk pelayanan sangat respon & bagus, sarapannya juga banyak variasi menunya & enak-enak pula. Menu cafe senjanya pun mantap, apalagi iga bakar, ayam bakar samaa sop buntutnya. Juara. Untuk fasilitas kamar yang saya pesan di sana deluxe twin with balcony. Cuma sayang TV nya agak bermasalah, jadi ga bisa disetel cuma waktu itu saya ditawari pindah kamar cuma saya yang tidak mau hehhehehe karena agak repot kalo harus pindah-pindah lagi. Untuk view ini paling the best sih, bikin pengen balik ke sana lagii hehhehehehee. Makasih Alinson Sunset Hill, semoga pelayanan & fasilitasmnya semakin baik lagi.
