Alkasturi Syariah Cottage

Staying here is very pleasant for families and very friendly with children because there is a swimming pool, archery and horse riding area. This villa is also equipped with a mosque, coincidentally when I stayed during Eid al-Adha, so I didn't go far to find a place to pray, every area of the room was also very clean and tidy, my input for entertainment facilities such as television could be upgraded, for the swimming pool area to be improved cleanliness.

Friendly service. The receptionist responded quickly. The pool is clean. The view is also okay.

The view is really good, the shape of the villa is unique, the facilities are complete, you can archery, horse riding, swimming, playing ATVs, bonfires, picking strawberries, and as many selfies as you like because there are lots of beautiful photo spots. The location is close to Alfamart and food stalls. The minus is that the swimming pool is really dirty like it's never been cleaned and there's no hot water.

Hot location. Not ready. And sorry it's a bit dirty.

The receptionist gave the key without taking him to the cottage and even though usually other hotels always take their customers, especially at night and the atmosphere is different from a normal hotel, arriving at the cottage the floor was dirty and sticky and there were no towels, soap, toothbrushes and the water heater was not hot even though the air was really cold there, in the morning we were given a rudimentary breakfast in the form of: uduk rice, crackers, thin omelet and bacem tempeh. So for the time being this cottage is no recommended for holidays before being able to upgrade to other cottages regarding the facilities received by consumers. Even though the price is the same as a 5-star hotel (so it's better to go to a 5-star hotel, it's luxurious and lively).

Just for input: 1. Lack of cleanliness (lots of flies, lots of bird droppings on the back terrace) 2. Only 2 glasses (1 glass and 1 plastic) 3. When it rains, 1 room leaks onto the mattress. 4. The location of the TV is too high so it's uncomfortable to watch (the remote doesn't have batteries so turn on the TV manually) 5. No toiletries available. 6. There is no soap and spoon for washing dishes. 7. Noisy in the wooden villa with karokean (afternoon, night, morning).

Sangat nyaman menginap di sini. Namun tolong tingkatkan pelayanan serta berikan semua fasilitas yang dijanjikan seperti Free WiFi namun saya tidak mendapatkan aksesnya, toilet pria ada yang lepas hingga menyebabkan goyangan, kolam renang yang kotor serta banyak jentik nyamuk atau serangga disaat saya ingin berenang di pagi hari dan sulit mengatur temperatur air panas. Mungkin ke depannya saya akan kembali kesini, semoga ada perubahan dan menjadi lebih baik.

Lokasi hotel ini bagus. Tapi pelayanannya sangat perlu ditingkatkan. Pertama, kami datang ke lokasi tetapi petugas hotel belum tau kalau kami pesan via aplikasi, tenda belum siap. Setelah kami pergi ke lokasi wisata dan pulang, tenda kami sudah ditempati rombongan lain. Akhirnya menunggu sekitar 30 menit. Kami pesan makan di hotel dan datangnya 2 jam setelahnya, ternyata karena dipesankan via go food (hotel tidak punya dapur sendiri). Kemudian hal paling fatal adalah makanan yang kami pesan sudah tidak layak (ikan kerapu sudah tidak segar alias busuk). Oh iya, kami berempat tapi hanya diberi 2 bantal. Semoga ke depannya bisa ditingkatkan layanannya.
