A little gem in the middle of Setiabudi. Walking distance to Sudirman MRT. The staffs are very friendly and provide amazing service. Always very helpful when we ask questions. Conveniently located with many food, mall and public transportation by walking distance

Had a great time staying at Andara home. Its located very strategically near MRT Setiabudi only 300 m away and it has rooftop to chill with your friends but apparently I got the first floor and the first room so it doesn't have much view but still comfy somehow the AC is not that cold but thank god it was raining in the morning. Overall 8/10 comfortable.

It's suitable for those who want to have a staycation alone, so far the receptionist is friendly and also doubles as a parking attendant, the small room has a TV, bathroom bed, cupboard, table chair, big mirror plus refrigerator which is okay, you also get a good view, smart TV also again, oh yes, just put it in for the toilet minus no toothbrush plus toothpaste, there's only 1 towel plus no room slippers, everything else is safe👍🏻

Always satisfied, because it's super comfortable to stay here, the only downside is that you can't get a compartment like a toothbrush, you can't get drinking water, there are gallons of water in the hallway but coincidentally they ran out yesterday, and you only get 1 towel, but for this price I'm really satisfied, I've stayed here 5 times hihi.

Overall, it's actually quite satisfying to stay here, the rooms are small, but the TV is big and the distance is right from the TV. Security and receptionist are also friendly and very helpful, the only minus is that the TV sometimes connects, sometimes it doesn't. Suddenly it disconnected itself with the connection, the technician wasn't on standby, so the last 2 days I couldn't even use the TV at all. Then the hot water can sometimes sometimes not, at the beginning it turns hot, but it gets cold after a while. So it's pretty disappointing here too. If it can be repaired, it will be even better, because the place is very strategic, there is enough parking space. Btw, hotel sandals are not provided here, maybe next can be an input too. Thank you Andara Home.

Stayed here because I saw good reviews on TikTok, the windows also face the street. It turned out that when I came to the window that faced the street it was only for those living in a boarding house, so I was given one that faced the wall, the sun didn't come in at all so I was confused as to what it was for. You should write down the type of room if the window faces a wall so you don't lose out, but the receptionists are really friendly.

Nice tidy rooms, netflix 👎internet (wifi) also doesn't work smoothly, so it's a hotspot from personal cellphones, toothpaste and toothbrushes aren't provided even though the previous person's marks are still there and haven't been cleaned, the walls and glass still have traces of masking tape decorations like that There's no telephone line, so it's difficult and you have to go downstairs, chat no response. Even though the place is really good interior and design. It's such a shame, it's better to pay attention again.

The service was chaotic, unfriendly, slow, the waiters were not suited to serve guests, they were told to park on the side of the road, and it was very far away, the security guard asked for 30 thousand for parking, it was already a long way, I didn't know whether it was safe or not, the parking was expensive.
