It's really bad, quiet and dirty and not well maintained. I went in and checked out after 5 minutes, it was uncomfortable. It would be better to burn that booking, it's very different from the photo.

Kondisi kamar: lantai cukup bersih. Aliran air di keran kamar mandi deras. Jendela kamar menghadap jalan raya tapi pintu-kaca-geser-nya tidak bisa dikunci. Seprai & sarung bantal seperti bekas dipakai tamu sebelumnya. Lorong menuju kamar (lantai 3): ada beberapa tahi kucing. Lumayanlah (worth it) dengan harga segitu untuk sekadar transit (tidur beberapa jam) untuk acara/event di Kemang Pratama pada pagi harinya.

Tidak layak huni, tempatnya kotor dan bau. Fasilitas cuman tempat tidur yang dibawah bednya ada sampah berserakan. Udah booking seminggu gak jadi ambil, ga bisa direfund juga wkwkwk. Kamar mandinya kecil dan jorok, kayaknya emang ga pernah diurus. Jendelanya banyak tanah, kok bisa masih dipasarin, ga ngerti lagi.

Lift mati, lewat tangga darurat ruangan redup, tidak ada dapur, tidak ada wifi. Semuanya fasilitas tertera di aplikasi hanya penipuan. Hati-hati sewa di tempat ini. Room 88 tidak bertanggung jawab atas kondisi kamar yang tidak layak!

Prtama kali liat kamar di aplikasi sangat bagus, mewah dan bersih. Tapi semua berubah setelah sampai di area apartemen, penerangan yang sangat sedikit dan jalan yang sangat becek, basement sudah di pastikan sarang jin😈 kurang nya follow up dari calo penyewa unit. Sampai di kamar sangat berbeda dari gambar yang di apk, kasur yang sangat keras, seprei yang kusam, handuk yang udah 4thn ga di cuci, hordeng yang asal pasang, kamar manding juga seperti wc umum jorok🤮 sangat menipu pokoknya tidak rekomen, baru check in langsung checkout lagi karena badan gatal-gatal baring di kasur yang lekuh😵💫

The room is not maintained. The appearance in the application photo is far from reality. The bed covers and pillowcases were worn and either had been washed or not after being used by previous guests. With me paying 240 thousand, it's not comparable to the facilities that I should get. The advantage at that price is that there is only a refrigerator and gas stove, but it's not useful because the room isn't comfortable. I immediately checked out that same day. Didn't stay there. I was there only 30 minutes. Enter the room 88 agent, no one will feel at home if the room is clean like that. Thank You.
