The room is very small, far from where to eat, luckily there is an Indomaret downstairs, we weren't given towels, shampoo and soap, the water tap was leaking, the water came out a little, after a while a lot of water came out, it seemed like the valve wasn't tight, but instead it was blaming us, money The deposit was returned after 3 days after we called and then it was returned, I spoke as it was so that other people would know the situation in this apartment, so that they could also make input to make it better, but for me I was tired of not wanting to come here again.

The location is far, the service is decent, the facilities are zero, we didn't get soap towels etc., the bathroom didn't have a mat so it was muddy when we entered the room, the room was really small, not like in Tokyo, the deposit exceeded the room price, we returned it after 3 days + call repeatedly, next time I won't come here again.

Nusalink staff service was very helpful, check-in time was on time, clean rooms, cold AC, comfortable. Very satisfied.

Deposit 200,000 but not returned until now, it's been 1 week, even though in the agreement the deposit will be returned 2 days after checkout.

The room is very nice, clean, the AC is cold. If you want to go to the tourist peak area, it's also very close, there are many photo spots in the apartment🩵

Dirty and staff not friendly.

After paying via the application, it was a bit difficult to contact the party renting out the room because they were not on standby in the lobby like a hotel. The room is fairly air-conditioned and not too spacious, filled with 1 double bed, the sheets are clean, only there are traces of stains that don't disappear after washing. Open the spray cap for the toilet at the tap underneath, not in the shower, and the atmosphere is quiet. If only the toilet faucet was better, the blanket was really clean without stains and bigger (which yesterday could only cover the legs, while the waist and above didn't cover it), the room is good enough for a driver to rest overnight. Stopped here because I couldn't get a room for the driver at the Osaka Hotel (right next to the Osaka Apartments), so it's not far if you need a driver.

Jangan deh. Ga ada apa-apa nya. Room nya juga asal-asalan jualnya. Amenities ga ada, handuk ga ada. No service lah.

Dateng check in jam 12, dan br bisa masuk jam 5 sore. Padahal sewa 5 kamar barang sodara ad yang us dapet. Kunci jam 1, setelah itu 4 kamar lain br bisa dapet. Kunci jam 5 dengan alasan kunci terbawa karyawan yang plg/cuti lebaran? Ud ad nama tetapi manajemen masih buruk, chat ke CS jawabannya hanya mohon tunggu dari jam 3-5 sore, 20x ada kali jawab cuma tunggu tunggu dan tunggu, pas masuk kamar itu bnr2 ksliatan banget bekas orang yang cuma diberesin seadanya, sprei dekil banyak bercak, selimut kotor kaya keset, lantai banyak rambut dan kamar kotor banyak binatang, walaupun memang murah tp sangat tidak rekomen, jika diberi gratis pun tidak mau. Manajemen nya hanya bisa melempar tgg jwb kepada pemegang kunci. Ternyata banyak sekali yang ga dapet kamar dan kunci dilobby, padahal smsm sudah booking by apps, ngerjain orang.
