Bad Experience at Bhuvana – Not Recommended
I stayed at Tamansari The Hive with the service from Mr. Ferri Hanafi. Initially, I had followed the request to change the check-in time from 12 noon to 4 pm. However, when I arrived at the unit, the experience I got was very disappointing:
1. Kitchen Sink Problem – When checking in, I was informed that the kitchen sink was slightly clogged but still functioning. In fact, after being used, the water did not recede even after 30 minutes, and the dirt from the pipe actually rose to the top.
2. AC Not Cold – Even though it was set to 16°C, the room temperature remained unchanged even after waiting for almost 45 minutes. The AC also only worked on half the blower.
3. TV Cannot Be Used – The remote did not work, and after trying to turn it on directly from the TV unit, it still could not be turned on.
4. Bad Service – When checking in, the host rushed out of the unit before we had time to check the condition of the room. After checking in, the response from the host was very slow and the answers were minimal, without a clear solution.
Because of this uncomfortable condition, I finally chose to leave the unit and book another hotel. The experience of staying here was really disappointing, and I will not recommend this place to anyone.
