The staff is very friendly, the check-in process is very easy and fast, the room is clean, neat, fragrant, complete facilities. The towels are clean and fragrant. The bed is also clean and fragrant. The bathroom is also clean and fragrant. And the price is very worth it, which is usually a two-bedroom room costs above 300 or 400 on weekends, and the staff also always listen to reviews from people, for example, if there is something lacking, they immediately fix it, next time book here again, and hopefully get the same place 😊

Hi Sis, Thank you for your review and feedback. However, we would like to clarify a few things: 1. Our rooms are 100% non-smoking, and this is clearly stated in the description. If you smell cigarettes, it is very likely from a previous guest who did not comply with the rules, and we will take firm action. 2. We always double-check the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms by housekeeping, and we are always open to receiving complaints directly during your stay for immediate action. 3. Regarding sofas and bed linens, we routinely change and wash them after each guest. If there are deficiencies that are not reported during your stay, we cannot immediately fix them. We also want to remind you that affordable prices do not mean we compromise on quality, and many other guests are satisfied with our service.

fooled by reviews and photos.. in the application 49m² but in reality given 36m² very far from expectations.. the unit is damaged everywhere, the bathroom is like a public bathroom, the sheets and sofa are torn and have holes.. the towels smell.. in my opinion it is not worth renting on Traveloka.. I am fed up and will not come back again.

the room is nice to stay but the facility of apartment is not that satisfying. the elevator is taking too long and there is a voice when the elevator is working. i am not sure that the wayer is not clean as well. jope to see the improvement.

Wake up with this view!!!!!!! 🥰 It's really a suitable place to rest, which initially only intended to transit for one night, so it was extended for two nights because it was that comfortable, there's also Netflix, it really makes you lazy to go anywhere😍

For that price, it's recommended.. for those who are just transiting or who are important to be able to sleep, this is okay.. if you want an aesthetic room, please look for a more expensive one.. cleanliness is okay..
room 16, 26th floor, city view is okay.. can see Al Jabar Mosque.. sunrise behind the mountain is cool if you are lucky..
Staff is friendly and responsive..
Suggestions to repaint certain parts or fix peeling wallpaper..

50/100 for the experience of booking a room here. Luckily it was only for rest purposes, not overnight.
The staff service is very friendly. Guests are guided from the check-in process to being escorted to the room. Access in and out is also easy.
But, unfortunately there are things that are less impressive. The bedroom has black mold and inadequate facilities. The bed sheets are dirty and smelly. The most unfortunate thing is that there are lights that don't work and the access door to the balcony can't be locked/stuck.
