For those looking for a city view at an affordable price, this hotel could be the best alternative. Check-in and check-out were very easy. There's a refrigerator, stove, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV so the baby could watch Cocomelon. It's a shame the pillows were soggy. Overall, this business trip was very memorable. Improve the cleanliness of the room, and remove the old, unused wardrobes to make it more modern.

Stayed here for 8 nights, it was very pleasant because it was very close to the transmum access, beside the apartment there was already access to the LRT station & Transjakarta bus stop. The place is a bit inside if you go by car/motorcycle, but I like the quiet atmosphere. The check in/co process was easy. Only thing I got was a room that looked like an old unit that was not well maintained, the bathroom floor was very dirty and smelly, the sofa was already ugly and the leather was peeling, the mattress when I slept on it was also sagging, but so far for now it was quite comfortable and the place was private. Next time I come to Jakarta, hopefully I can get a more proper unit.☺️

Staff pretty nice and helpful. However, it seems no one stay in that rooms and it wasn't maintained enough because the door was moldy and the curtains couldn't be opened from the living room. I reported it to the staff because we couldn't access the balcony, and they said they couldn't open the balcony because the building management said that. Super duper disappointed and if I can file a complaint on the facilities that I get, I would like to do so. In addition, the toiletries isn't underrated because they only provide one, also the towel kinda no longer suitable for use :") Thanks!

The outer corridor is not allowed to be opened, so it is very difficult to smoke. Have to go downstairs first. The room is spacious and quite clean. It is very pleasant to stay here. The pool area is also clean.

This apartment is really near the interchange LRT station Cawang. A lot of street foods will welcome you nearby the apartment. If you want to check in, please don't enter the hotel door (because this building is united with the apartment). Better ask security where is the receptionist for H Residence. Staff are friendly. Minus was no towel, no soap or shampoo, you should bring extra from your home. The kitchen is standard, but there is a burnt wall, but it was not because of me. The owner still using green gas (gas melon).
