Think again if you want to stay here, this is the first time I've found a really dirty apartment, the spring mattress is like it's about to collapse, the sheets have never been changed, it's itchy, the room's AC isn't cold, it's hot and humid, the price is expensive even though it's like a 3-star hotel, yesterday I bought it for more than 400, but it was a dud here

We can arrange room number 2 in Bintaro for you. The cheapest hotel near Bintaro is 500,000 pesos. If you encounter any problems, please report your complaint immediately upon check-in. This rule applies to all guests so that our staff can follow up quickly. According to standard operating procedures, bed sheets are changed between 12:00 noon and 2:00 pm every day. I asked the staff to check the air conditioner in the room, but unfortunately, the air conditioner in the booked room is very cold. Is it because the setting is incorrect? If the room is dry, of course, the air conditioner will not be very cold. In addition, if you have other complaints, please contact the owner immediately so that we can contact you. The staff was working in the apartment at that time, so no complaints were received at that time.

The child's room is full of small red ants, the blanket smells. The main room is not a king bed but a double bed stacked so the door can't be closed and sleeping is uncomfortable. The internet keeps getting cut off. Please improve it again

For any next guest, if there are complaints such as ants or something that is not clean, you can chat me directly, so when you first check in, you will definitely get to the room if there are any complaints, just tell me, because I have staff on standby to clean. Ants can appear if there are even the slightest traces of food crumbs. For blankets too, you can chat directly to ask for a change, isn't there my number when you check in? Every time I stay at any hotel, when I arrive, if there is something that doesn't suit me, I immediately say it, so that I can sleep soundly. No grumbling later, while when I stayed there I didn't complain about anything. Don't worry, there are staff on standby in the field. Internet using Indihome per month is 400 thousand, for the signal I can't set it myself, it has to be strong, because it's a 3rd party. For the mattress, it is indeed in the process of being replaced, because the initial queen mattress has collapsed. But it hasn't arrived yet, so for now I'm using a 2nd mattress that is comfortable for the body to use. Thank you.
