Kamar lumayan bersih, luas, nyaman, harga juga bersahabat. Sayang tidak ada wifi mungkin karena apartemen. Tapi lokasi strategis, ke UGM/Tugu Jogja dekat. Saran saya kalo mau check in h-1 hubungi nomer sewa apartemen/contact penyewa, jadi bisa janjian dengan yang bertugas untuk check in. Overall oke

You have to make a deposit, okay, but the refund took a long time after checking out, he said there was info if the wardrobe lock was broken and forced to open it. Check-in is not according to hours and troublesome procedures, not suitable for those who are tired of traveling. There is a deposit of 200 thousand without notice which is quite large and the return of the deposit is quite long.

I reach that appartment about 21.00. I call admin phone no answered, then I wrote by whatsapp, then answered that the room beeing renovation. No mention to me before. Its so dissapointed. They offer another hotel. But not match with our hope. But its late night and I so tired. I accept with unsatisfied. Its bad experience. Not professional anymore.

Long story short, I just wanted to try it in this apartment. Already booked & paid, when we arrived at the fo we were contacted and required to deposit 300k for a guarantee if the room was dirty and so on. For service & security, it's worth it. So, happy holidays. Thank you.

I stayed there for a night, and used that room just for sleeping and showering. The room was comfortable enough. I just got soap bar and towel. Neither shampoo nor tooth paste available. Worth the price anyway, sure I will gladly spend the other night there when I go to Jogja...

The room is clean, comfortable is just a bit of a problem with the room deposit. So when we want to check in, we are asked to deposit 200 thousand by chance, when we don't bring cash, we transfer directly and full, not less. The next time check out happens to be aunty owner when worshiping, OK, anyway the promise will be transferred as soon as possible. After waiting for quite a long time about 3 days and follow-up 2xan the new deposit money was transferred back and even then deducted 10 thousand for different banks. That's All ... Thank you for the experience if you only give cash deposits and when checking out, make sure you meet with the aunt owner directly so there are no pieces.
