The accommodation is very bad, dirty and there has to be a deposit when we check in, then they say that when we check out they will return the deposit but there is no reason for it to be unreasonable.

The apartment room is dirty, lots of cobwebs and large spiders, the lights are dark, the AC isn't cold, the walls are cracked, it's dirty inside.

The check-in service is not on time, you should check in at 14.00, you can only enter 16.30, the phone number is not active, the access card has not been updated, going in and out of the apartment must look for security, asking for tap-in in the elevator, TV facilities have no channels,

Jujur saya sangat kecewa sekali dengan pelayanan yang tidak tepat waktu, saya harus menunggu kurang lebih 2 jam buat bisa cek in, yang mana jam check in itu jam 2 siang, ternyata saya tunggu sampai jam 4 juga masih belum bsa check in.

It was ugly to wait for check-in for more than 1 hour, returning the key was also not a person's responsibility, so all were confused, really ugly system.

I'm Korean. I stayed 2 days here I am very sorry. When entering the room there is no garbage box, no drinking water. no fridge. I asked to drink water and a trash can, but they told me that there was garbage sent outside the elevator. Drinking water and trash can also give 1 day late. After 1 day of stay I told them to clean and change towels but they didn't want to clean asking for more money.

I can't check in. Do not want to receive the apartment unit key because the unit provided by apartment skyline ivory serpong unit 1603 is off or not on. So it cannot be inhabited comfortably.
