The receptionist, Ms. Bella, was very friendly and humble. The room was clean, and the food was delicious. We were also allowed to check out at 12:30 p.m. because we had to pray Dhuhr first. Thank you... I'll stay here again next time.

It's a pleasure to stay here 🌻 - Clean room, complete amenities - Strategic, right in front of WTC Batanghari Mall. A little walk there is a street food heaven and you can have culinary with a view of Gentala Arasy - All staff are friendly and very helpful - We got a welcome drink when checking in and a free coupon for a welcome drink at the 10th floor restaurant. Tips: use this coupon in the afternoon, so you can see the sunset view over the Batanghari river plus planes that are about to land and have just taken off from the airport Btw my room was upgraded to a deluxe type..
