The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in. Snacks and a minibar were included in the room (free). The view from the room was very nice. There was an infinity swimming pool, a mini library with an interesting collection. The kids' zone also had quite complete toys. Turtle beach hotel is really worth it for those of you who want to vacation at Ujung Genteng beach, the road access is not too complicated, close to the main Ujung Genteng route, delicious food, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff, I think I will come back here later if I bring a large family, the place is also good for events "direct view to the beach, when there is something left behind, the admin is fast response asking for help to store it first to be picked up later, there are massage facilities too and it is pet friendly, thank you to all staff & hotel owners for making my family vacation so much fun ☺️😊
