I've been staying here since my husband was in kindergarten until he's now 35. The rooms are clean, old-fashioned, but well-maintained. If you're looking for a family get-together, this is a great place to stay. Even bringing kids, there's plenty of space to play, both indoors and outdoors. The food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

It's very comfortable to stay here, especially bringing a baby, the staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, easy and strategic access, the view is really good, the most impressive thing is that in the afternoon you can eat meatballs/sate and wedang ronde in the hotel parking lot. Kudos to the hotel management for allowing traders to sell in the hotel parking lot 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. God willing, next trip we will stay at the Grand Bintang Hotel again. I stayed here from September 13th to 15th, 2025. I arrived at dawn, and since their shelter only opened at 10:00, I was assisted by a partner driver. All the staff during my stay, both at the restaurant and the hotel, were very friendly and helpful, and the tour guide was also friendly and helpful. It was worth the price and the experience! I got the Pandawa room, it's spacious, has a TV, water heater, and the hot water is good. Public facilities include a very large swimming pool (when I was there, the water was only half full), a children's playground, rivers, and a large parking area. If you stay overnight, get a room in the front building (Sinta). For prayers, you can go to the Al-Azar school mosque nearby.

Stress disappeared, suddenly forgot the burden of thought, the tense journey with very steep winding and winding roads was quite extreme, but fun. Then greeted with super excellent service. Very understanding and understand how to serve guests well. Excellent hospitality. The place is also very comfortable, plus one thing that was very unexpected, there were strawberry and avocado plants where we were allowed to pick them for free, we could take them home and not only that, that night we still got a free compliment of grilled corn that was directly grilled under the avocado tree. One day we will come back here again. Thank you to the ladies and gentlemen who have patiently served us. 😊
