The hotel staff is very friendly. The information provided is very clear. Access to everywhere from the hotel is very close, especially to Casablanca City. We shop for kitchen needs at Transmart Kokas. The swimming pool, elevator, parking lot, lobby are very supportive and very comfortable.

I booked a room for January 17, 2026. I contacted customer service via WhatsApp to confirm the room and amenities. What impressed me was the fast response and friendly staff. My expectations were in line with what most visitors have reviewed here, impressive. The room was clean, amenities were available, hot water was available, and there was a city view from the balcony. Access to Sudirman is very affordable, dining outside the hotel is just a short walk away, and the mall is also quite affordable with plenty of options. Truly comfortable. Thank you!
