The service at the restaurant and bar was very satisfying. The staff were friendly and helpful. I am especially thankful to Zomi, chef Enjang, and Satria who also really cared for us while we were on vacation there. New director, Mrs. Susan, thank you for your warmest and success in your new job ❤️. Note: The supply of amenities such as towels, coffee or tea in the room, etc., needs extra attention. If possible, the supply should be adjusted to the number of guests staying in the room.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach and activities for young children are great. All the hotel staff are very friendly. We enjoyed and we will definitely come back next time we are in Lombok. Sahib H

Stayed here for the 3rd time. Each time I stayed, the room was consistently clean and well maintained. Staff are courteous. The location is fantastic—walking distance to the beach and close to all the good places to eat.

We took the 2-bedroom villa with a pool that is awesome! Very nice and well-designed. Great staff and hospitality. Will recommend my family to stay here. Till we meet again.

First time staying in Kuta Mandalika—and I loved it! Totally recommended. For the price, the hotel offers really good facilities. The vibe fits perfectly with the beachy atmosphere. The room was simple but super comfy. The location is great—right in the Kuta Mandalika area and close to the town center. It’s easy to explore the area by renting a scooter. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience! 👍

Nice & clean hotel. The rooms are super spacious. The hotel staff is friendly & helpful. The fried noodles are delicious. To Kuta Mandalika beach just 800 meters away, just walk. Around the hotel are many cafes & restaurants. Recommended lah anyway!
