The staff was very friendly. The hotel also provided transportation for pick up and drop off to the ferry terminal. We enjoyed the activities, swimming pool, and facilities in the hotel. Staff also prepared a nice deco for my room. Thank you, and we really enjoyed our stay. Will come back again.

Stayed at Onyx Hotel & Villa Bintan and honestly, it's the best place around Tanjung Uban. The room was comfy and clean, and the room service was super affordable—plus the food tasted great! Totally worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is further out from the BBT Ferry Terminal, about an hour + ride. Grab/Gojek services are not available around that area, so best to call their resort and request for a pick-up to and fro. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. They are attentive to customers’ requests and never failed to smile. The free breakfast buffet spread was so good. Honestly, their food was amazing and I’m already missing it. Overall, my first trip to Bintan was a success. Thank you to the staff at the resort, please keep up the good work!

We had an amazing stay at Mövenpick Bintan! The beach is absolutely beautiful, with soft white sand and crystal-clear water—perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with the family. The rooms are very spacious, modern, and everything feels brand new. The resort is well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and luxurious. One of the highlights was the Kids Club. It's huge, well-equipped, and offers plenty of activities to keep children entertained. The dedicated kids' pool is also fantastic, with a fun and safe design that our children absolutely loved. This resort is truly a great destination for families. Another great feature is the Beach Club, which has a wonderful atmosphere for enjoying the evening by the sea. It's a perfect place to relax with good food, drinks, and music, and it's open until midnight, making it an excellent spot to end the day. Overall, Mövenpick Bintan exceeded our expectations. Beautiful beach, spacious new rooms, outstanding family facilities, and a fantastic Beach Club. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

The service at D'primahotel Lagoi Bintan was excellent. The staff was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the facilities were fully functional. The location is also quiet, making it ideal for a relaxing break. Highly recommended for those looking for a hotel with excellent service and comfort in the Lagoi area.

Great stay! Comfort, nice dinner and breakfast, my kids very enjoy the beach, pool, kids pool, and mangrove club at Holiday Inn (beside Indigo Resort, they are 1 group). I get a twin bed room, it fits well for our family (2 adults and 2 kids under 10 y.o.), will come back for sure. Highly recommend.

The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The place is very peaceful, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It is worth recommendable for guests who prefer a serene place with a nice view. Really loved the sea view from our balcony view. It’s really perfect.
