The taste of the food at breakfast really suits my taste, the cleanliness of the room is good, the facilities such as the swimming pool and Wi-Fi internet are good and usable. During my stay at this hotel, I had an amazing experience thanks to the excellent service provided. One aspect that I really appreciated was the flexibility of housekeeping time. As someone who prefers to relax in the morning and only start activities outside the hotel in the afternoon, I felt very helped by this policy. The hotel staff were happy to adjust their schedules and were willing to clean my room in the afternoon, giving me the comfort and freedom to enjoy my morning without being disturbed. The cleanliness of the hotel room is also commendable. Every corner of the room is well maintained, and the good soundproofing ensures that I can rest peacefully without being disturbed by outside noise. The presence of Android TV in the room is a pleasant added value, allowing me to enjoy various entertainment easily. This really makes my rest time more enjoyable and satisfying. In addition, the lounge facilities in the hotel lobby are my favorite place to relax. With the TV and musical instruments, I and other guests can enjoy time together, sing, and share happiness. This creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere, making my stay even more memorable. The hotel also has an interesting partnership with Soto Ahri, giving guests the chance to sample Soto Ahri at an affordable price. This is one of the advantages that made me feel like I got more value during my stay here. The opportunity to enjoy delicious local cuisine without having to leave the hotel is an experience that I really appreciate. Overall, this hotel provides an amazing stay experience with friendly service, complete facilities, and various conveniences that make me feel very appreciated as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Staying here was truly comfortable. The location is perfect on Karang Papak Beach, so you can see the ocean every day and hear the relaxing sound of the waves. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable for relaxing, and the amenities are quite complete. The best part is waking up in the morning to the beach view. I tried the deluxe king room, and it was well worth it. The mattress was very comfortable, and the spring bed seemed to be medium to firm, and it was truly comfortable. The shower had strong, hot water, a non-slip floor, and a clean, comfortable toilet. The room had Wi-Fi and a smart TV. Breakfast was delivered to my room and was delicious, albeit simple. Overall, I was very satisfied with the deluxe king room at this hotel.

Very impressive and want to come back if there is a chance to play in Garut, the atmosphere is very cool, very cool at night but you can have coffee in the restaurant, the restaurant food is also delicious, it's really suitable for a vacation with a large family, there is also a children's playground, the place is clean and tidy, hot water and all the facilities are still functioning well, all the staff are friendly, basically it really feels like being in a calming and comfortable village atmosphere and it is highly recommended to stay here ❤️❤️ thank you for providing satisfactory service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The atmosphere is quite comfortable. The room is clean. I stayed in the Anggrek room. It's enough for two people. It's not very spacious, but it's comfortable enough for the price. The view from the room is really cool, directly overlooking the mountains, which is very calming. The staff and security are very friendly. Easy access. Thank you 🙏😇
