I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was really nice and clean, which made my visit super comfortable. The food was yummy, especially the breakfast buffet – so many delicious options! What really stood out, though, was how friendly and helpful all the staff were. They made me feel so welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. It was a pleasure to have the experience of staying at the Langham Hotel, because it was my birthday I got a room upgrade, the room was very luxurious and comfortable, especially the bathroom with complete facilities, the swimming pool with the best view, also the staff was kind and friendly. Thanks to Alfa for being very helpful and after checking out I was given a small gift, wow, what great service, I really want to go back there.

The hotel boasts a prime location within the mall and adjacent to Pacific Mall. Rooms offer expansive views, especially breathtaking city skyline vistas at night. Rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices (including local cuisine and Western dishes), all of excellent quality. A truly exceptional stay, I will definitely return.

This was the first staycation at Mulia Hotel in Jakarta, and we had a wonderful experience during New Year’s Eve. The hotel management had shown very good preparation during check-in time, throughout our stay until check-out time went smoothly. All staff are very helpful and cheerful. The rooms were clean.
