I ordered a family room. The room design is nice, multi-level, there is a dining table complete with plates, bowls, spoons, and a pantry. The room is spacious with 3 beds. My child really likes it.

Everything was very good, starting from luggage service, room, reception service and until the end of the stay, breakfast was very varied and more than enough, very informative for communication, hopefully next time we can stay again at Hotel Merapi Merbabu, thank you.

A very memorable stay. Starting from the FL staff, to all the staff at the hotel, they are VERY FRIENDLY! The playground, mini zoo, and rooms are great, the hot water works well, and the food is varied, the kids love it! Especially during the holiday season, there are definitely lots of fun activities inside the hotel, so you don't need to leave the hotel to spend your vacation time.
