The hotel staff was very friendly. The food menu was varied, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The service is absolutely fantastic. They were very responsive from the start via WhatsApp, and the staff were incredibly friendly right up until check-in. I was served by the receptionist, Ms. Jasmine, who was very friendly and responsive, and it didn't take long. I also got a free room upgrade to an executive room, plus a free donut snack. It was delicious, my kids loved it. Absolutely the best.

Nice & comfortable for a short stay I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Whiz Hotel for a night, and I must say, I'm thoroughly enjoying my experience here. The hotel staff was very friendly. I happened to be served by staff member Mbak Ira, who was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable and clean mattress, and a nice bathroom. The location is very strategic, just a short walk to the mall. It's always a great choice when staying in Jakarta.

I don't want the negative review from the previous reviews, it's really comfortable, clean, the facilities are complete, looking for easy meals. Want to go to the mall just crossing? God willing, if you have to take your family to Jakarta, recommended.

I didn't expect this apartment to be just a few steps from the Mall of Indonesia, this is very pleasant, plus the view of the exotic area plus the pedestrian area surrounding the Mall is very comfortable for jogging and walking in the morning... The room, although not big, is functional and fully furnished, even a washing machine is available..👍 I am very satisfied staying here..

Incidentally, it can be on the GF floor so it is easy to access in and out of the apartment. All the facilities are good, there is a water heater, refrigerator, washing machine, wifi and so on. The room is also clean. Anyway, everything is good. My child also feels at home. Friendly owner. Success for Dina Property.
