the water smells and the room is cramped. the bathroom is dirty, the elevator is broken, got a room on the 3rd floor. a very poor experience staying there. with a room price like this it is very unsatisfactory. the mattress is hard and uncomfortable, let alone its cleanliness.

The worst hotel for its price, not worth it for 200 thousand, the ones for 100 thousand are even better, this one is not maintained at all, the bed is hard, the room is dirty, there is no hot water, the signal is bad

The hotel staff is very friendly but the mattress and pillows are very hard and the towels are a bit rough. The room was slippery and the water wasn't hot and didn't get drinking water even though it was written on the facilities. The elevator also doesn't work so go up to the room on the 3rd floor manually.

Room 302 lacks cleanliness. What was a bit disturbing was the smell of the bathroom which was quite strong, maybe because it wasn't clean. I chose this hotel because I planned to go to Dufan. The location is relatively close to my destination. But just 1x stay at this hotel. Apart from the bathroom being less clean and smelly, the service from the staff is also less friendly. The elevator doesn't work. Makes you tired! Tips from me, make it a habit to read reviews, spy don't choose the wrong hotel like me.

The staff is friendly, but the rooms are not good. Dirty bathroom, smelly water, dead lift, scary place, shower only drips, even though I've upgraded the room. No wonder the hotel is quiet. It's better to just close it. Asking for a scoop or bucket, there weren't any. Want to upload a photo, the motorbike is also disgusting. The hotel is not well maintained. Don't be fooled by good photos. But the facilities are bad.

Sesuai harga ya guys. Untuk sekadar beristirahat okelah. Staff-nya ramah-ramah, air bersih, hanya saja kalau bisa diperbaiki untuk kebersihan kamar lebih ditingkatkan lagi. Walaupun segini sudah cukup best value added lah. Terima kasih.

Lantai retak-retak ditutupi karpet warna merah. Pintu toilet rusak, bau kamar sangat tidak enak. Sprei warna biru muda kusut. Kalo saja masih siang saya akan pindah hotel, berhubung kemalaman saya masuk dan langsung cek out jam 7 pagi.

Employees are kind and friendly. But unfortunately the hotel facilities are not good, going up to the 3rd floor you have to take stairs, the elevator is always being repaired, right? What's worse, there is no telephone in the room that connects to the RCP, so when we need anything we have to go up and down the stairs, the water also smells, the AC takes a long time to cool, there are lots of mosquitoes, it would be better to improve the existing facilities, because I see this hotel is busy visitors, actually. There were also gentlemen whose walking, sorry, wasn't smooth because either their feet hurt or something, they were going up and down the stairs. Even though there is an elevator, please fix it.
