It was a pleasure to stay here. Everything was fully equipped. The bedroom has a bathtub and an additional bathroom. There's a living room, dining room, a fully equipped stovetop, and microwave. There's a well-maintained swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center. There's also a tennis court. The hotel is very close to Semanggi Mall, within walking distance.

The entire service at this hotel is exceptional, from the staff, facilities, and rooms. The only downside is that the guest elevator is too small, but the staff is quick to anticipate the queues. Hopefully, the good things will continue to improve and the shortcomings can be addressed. A recommended hotel for families. Thank you.

The location is great, very strategic, and the room is also okay, and the room is spacious. There are only two things that are very disappointing: 1. I had written in advance in the notes asking for complete cooking utensils, but when I checked in, the room was only just being found (which means they didn't read the notes and didn't have them ready). Not only that, we finally requested the operator to provide them, but the cooking utensils still didn't arrive, which took a very long time. We ended up getting hungry because we intended to stay there and cook. 2. The elevator was very disappointing. It displayed the name "Aryaduta," but the elevator was very poor and slow compared to a hotel of its class. The worst experience was when we were checking out. We had to wait almost an hour to get down from our floor because the elevator was slow and always full. Perhaps in the future, the facilities and level of service can be improved. Thank you.

When I arrived, there were no bath towels, a bath mat, or an iron. I called room service, and they weren't delivered until about an hour later, even though I had to get ready for an afternoon event. The dining table was dusty; I wiped it with a tissue, but it turned black. The shower door was a bit damaged and difficult to close. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

Only one elevator is operating, even though the hotel has up to 57 floors and the elevator capacity is small. The queue in the lobby is extremely long. Please fix the elevator — this is the worst experience; it can take up to an hour just to go up or down.

This is my third stay, it's a bit unpleasant, the toilet smells of urine, like it was just cleaned carelessly, maybe it's crowded, there's also water in the slippery kitchen, the elevator takes a long time, more than 20 minutes just waiting for the elevator to open once, it's fully open
