Very disappointing for a 2-star hotel, the water doesn't come out, even if you want to take a shower you have to wait for water to be brought from a gallon, the curtains in the room are no longer suitable for use

Regarding the water problem in the bathroom, we were informed that the Sibel machine was broken. The Sibel machine had to be booked in advance and the job took quite a while, and we were unable to investigate the problem due to the sudden breakdown.

It's really worth it for those who are traveling in Bandung if you want to stay at Asoka Hotel. The place is nice and comfortable. By chance, I took the family room, it's really spacious. It's a shame that there's only a little local television access, apart from that, it's okay.

For a hotel, it is quite well maintained and the rooms are clean. For the price of 190 without breakfast, it is quite worth it. Towels, toothpaste, and soap are provided. Strategic location, many places to eat, and walking distance to a minimarket.

I ordered a family room for 3-4 people, with the price I got it was very budget friendly. The feeling of staying there was like coming home because the people were very chill, there was no elevator (only yesterday the suitcase was helped to be carried), overall all the facilities were functioning well, on the 1st floor next to the hotel there was a connecting room to the cafe.

Stayed here because of a friend's recommendation. It turned out that when I got there, I thought it was a complete ZONK. I requested a non-smoking room, but got a smoking room. I changed the sheets and bed cover, but it still smelled of cigarettes. Plus, people could smoke in front of the room. The lobby floor was also very dirty. This can't be called a hotel. Because non-hotel guests can come and go freely and sit downstairs because there is a coffee shop next to it. Parking is also difficult, because it is combined with non-hotel guests. When resting, I have to bother Kenan to move the car. The sheets, bed covers, and towels are all yellow. In Asoka, in my opinion, the ones that are still okay are the large rooms with good hot water. Also, the friendly female staff who are on shift from 7 am to 7 pm. This is enough for the first and last time I stay here.

Standard price. Friendly staff, safe 24 hour receptionist on standby. Even if you come late at night, the staff is still friendly, the 3rd floor room is clean. It's a shame that you only got 1 towel, you should have had 2. Early in the morning on the 3rd floor you can smell the aroma of coffee, haha. It turned out there was a memory coffee shop downstairs, when I looked there there were lots of people queuing to buy it 😁. Next, God willing, I'll stay here again if I come to Bandung. Thx.
