The service was good and prompt. The rooms were clean and spacious.
This hotel is a memorable one, and I'd love to stay again.
The food was great and delicious. Arriving between 6:15 and 7:30, there was still plenty of food, and we never ran out. There's also a water dispenser, so you never run out of drinking water. I enjoyed swimming at Aston; the pool is clean, with three types. Recommended for both children and adults.

Champion of all! Best hotel for family vacation with the kids! Facilities (especially the water park which is the main purpose of coming here), staff service, comfort and cleanliness of the room, all okay. The location is also easy to reach. Will consider re-booking this hotel again if my kids demand for staycation👌🏼

The hotel is still new, the rooms are spacious and the room decoration is very good... the most favorite is the breakfast menu which is very varied, there are local menus which are always changing such as lontong sayur, nasi uduk, soto Betawi... the staff are friendly, and access to the mall, station and toll road.

The hotel staff, from security to reception, were all very friendly. I only used a motorbike, but there was no discrimination between the guests. The food was delicious, but there wasn't much variety. Hopefully, there will be improvements.
A playground and mini zoo would be even more fun.
I requested mirror art, and it exceeded my expectations. It's really beautiful. Sorry, I forgot who made it, even though it was listed.

The deluxe room was large, but the bed was uncomfortable. Ordered food from the room, Mie Tek Tek and Soto Betawi, but the taste was not good. There were lots of ants at the breakfast table, the restaurant was cramped, and the seating was limited. For a 4-star hotel with a price tag of over a million, the breakfast variety and taste were truly disappointing. There were only three types of pastries, and all of them were not very tasty. Even the roadside bakery had better bread. An 8-year-old paid 100,000 rupiah for breakfast.

Everything is good but the hotel looks not prepare well to facing a huge number of costumer, the dish and glass is empty for some moment, the space was so crowded,, compare to another hotel, they split and provide alternate resto to serve breakfast in different location so the costumer not stacking in one place.

I've stayed here several times, usually it's good, but this time it's different. The staff when I was there were rude and unfriendly, and one more thing, the room sheets were a bit dirty, it seems they weren't changed. This time I'm very disappointed.

Spacious rooms...large swimming pool...fun...but only 2 elevators for a large hotel...during the holiday season...waiting for the elevator is quite long...
And what's unfortunate is that if it's a birthday, you'll get a slice of cake if you stay on the same date as your birthday...even though it's still in the same month.
Just a suggestion: a slice of cake can make guests happy and the hotel can definitely get extra points and other benefits...
For example, it could be a promotion to guest relations...

The flush toilet is not functioning properly. The variety of food is very limited and the taste is not good. The product knowledge and service of the restaurant staff are lacking. Asking for a trolley and bellboy to help carry the goods did not come for 20 minutes, finally all the goods were carried by themselves. The receptionist also did not apologize, instead said it was because of the elevator queue. There is only one elevator that works even though there are more than 20 floors. So it takes a long time to go up and down floors. For a 4-star hotel and a price of 1.25 million, it is totally not worth it. And will not come back to stay here.
