Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Regarding the room cleaning service, we have checked our Housekeeping log book. Based on the recorded data, one of the two rooms you booked has been cleaned every day according to schedule. Meanwhile, for the second room, there is a note that on one of the days there was a request from the guest not to clean the room, but only to replace the amenities, and this has been followed up by our Housekeeping team. We deeply regret if this caused any inconvenience during your stay. Regarding the salty water, we immediately conducted a thorough check in the room in question and ensured that our filtration system consisting of a sand filter, carbon filter, and softener was functioning normally at that time. In addition, there were no similar reports from other guests during the same period. However, we are still conducting a more detailed inspection to ensure that similar things do not happen in the future. We greatly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the quality of our services. We look forward to welcoming you back with a better experience in the future.

the room is spacious so I can move more freely. the safe deposit box is big, this is very important for me because I travel while working while on vacation, I have to bring a laptop but I also want to swim at the beach, it's impossible to bring a laptop. There is a refrigerator to put skincare (hahahhaa important), to put Falala chocolate before going home so it doesn't melt. The breakfast is quite varied, standard for a star-rated hotel that is all you can eat. The swimming pool is also quite comfortable. The location of the gym is a bit hidden away from world civilization. if you want to go to the gym at night it's a bit scary 😇😇. because it's on the top floor and in the back corner. the equipment is a bit old. except for 1 treadmill which is the newest.

Nice hotel with friendly staffs, good location with mini market, shopping mall, restaurants around and close with the beach. The breakfast was good with many varieties, also good cocktail especially frozen daiquiri 😄 make me happy to stay there and will come back for sure soon. Cheap but worth it.

Contrary to what I expected because people say, Bali is not friendly to locals, but it turns out all the staff are very friendly even though I looked a bit shabby after walking around plus they were also quick to help carry my many belongings. Given a welcome drink, and got an upgraded room, maybe because the room I wanted wasn't ready even though again, I look rough. Even though I said it was okay to wait, but the staff was quick, thank you very much. The room is very clean, the bathroom is also clean, plus point because there is a shower cap! Complete amenities and function well. Maybe a suggestion is to add a special disposal for sanitary pads (because at least in my room there wasn't one). The location is close to a beach that is not too crowded, convenience stores and restaurants are also not too far away. Close to the city center and the most important point is that it is close to the airport, so don't panic if you wake up a bit late. All the foods are great and fresh! There are many choices, from cereal, fruit, dessert, main course, soup, various drinks, everything is there and the taste is also delicious. Maximum recommendation! Will probably stay here again if I go to Bali

The pillows when I moved to a room in front of the pool were actually harder so it was hard to sleep, compared to the previous room on the 5th floor, the pillows were soft but so far everything is OK 👍
