Strategic location near the mall, the room is quite spacious. However, the toilet is uncomfortable. And the room is not soundproof. The breakfast wasn't to my liking.

At 380k, it's certainly affordable, considering the hot air conditioning in the room and the leaky bathroom. And takeout is not available for customers in a hurry who can't afford breakfast.
