it's more than a word I can how happy we are staying at this nice apartment. especially we have our unit on 32rd floor. Fire works last night around Jakarta we can see clearly from our window. The unit very spacious, clean, very comfortable to stay. Definitely we will stay again some time. 1 small thing, the pool is need to improved. Thank you so much

Bed sheet, duvet and pillow case not change, bed broken in room B, TV not working propely, I asked about Late check-out till 1 /2 PM to Mr. Lucky (front office male), he will charge us IDR 100.000 every hour, after I asked bout LCO, front office staff call us again to inform the check-out time is 12 PM. They're not communicated each other? The staff not use name tag, not even greet the guest. Except HK male in the lift, security and FB male in restauran.

I stayed at unit 3009. Its a 2 bedroom apartment. The bed in bedroom A must be replace. The house keeping must recheck the total cleaning of the unit. Dust on the side table in bed room A, Shower curtain is full of stain at the bottom, There is a leftover banna in the fridge, I don't know it 's from previous guest of before them cause its already black, Garbage bin is so smelly. The internet is very slow, makes the iPtv buffering while watching.

Excellent location excellent reception but unfortunately we had difficulty in the shower the water was very weak while the laundries had strong water and the apartments are a bit old.

Good place to stay in town. The only thing I didn't like was most of the furniture were old and unwell maintenanced. Over all is good
