The hotel was very close to the airport and one of the main areas in Bali, Kuta. The staff is very friendly and stand by. The room is comfortable, and the breakfast is great. I've stayed here several times, and every experience is a great one. Thank you to the staff for the excellent services.

Our stay at the Best Western Hotel Kuta was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always greeting us with a warm smile. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and had a very comfortable bed, which was perfect after a long day of exploring. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool area – it was the ideal spot to relax and unwind. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious local and international options. The hotel's location is also a huge plus, being just a short walk from the beach and local markets. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Kuta.

This time I stayed here again, it turned out the hotel was really old. I just checked in and asked for the TV to be replaced because the TV in the room was broken. I was confused why the facilities weren't checked before the guests checked in, the AC wasn't very cold. I wanted to ask for it to be repaired but I was too lazy, since I entered the room I was disturbed a lot.

Overall, it was good, just a little uncomfortable because the bed sagged a bit in the middle, the AC seemed to be out of freon (not cooling), and the floor was also somewhat neglected for cleanliness. The room wasn't soundproof. Breakfast was quite tasty and varied.

Check-in at 5 PM wasn't possible yet, so we had to wait.
Requesting ice at 6 PM wasn't possible because the restaurant was closed.
In the morning before check-out, I couldn't ask for drinking water because it was already the check-out date.
Many of the breakfast items were empty but not refilled.
Simple things, but they matter to me especially; it's based on the hospitality and how comfortable you feel with the service there.

was looking forward to soak myself in a bath tub after a long flight but was disappointed once i get into my room and im pretty shocked on a room and my outdoor bathroom that looks old and doesn’t looks like to be taken care of really well, even the some part of the bathtub was moldy, the towels smells bad and that’s very unpleasant
