I stayed for 2 days in a family room, the room was very big/spacious, clean, there were 3 beds that were also big, the bathroom was separate from the toilet so it was nice, no need to queue if someone had to go to the toilet, towels and toiletries were complete and clean. The food in the restaurant was very varied from western to traditional, my kids really liked it there. Incidentally, I have stayed there twice, last year. That's why I took this hotel again, the access is very easy, there are 2 big malls that are shopping options. The staff is friendly and quick to respond, when the bathroom fan broke down they were quickly fixed, needed an iron quickly delivered, basically very satisfied. Next time if I have a staycation with my family, God willing, I will be at this hotel again. Maintain or improve the service. Thank you.

A comfortable hotel in the city center and close to GBK and Sency as well as Plaza Senayan, the breakfast is delicious, but the bathroom is a bit dirty and the sound from the other side can be heard from the walls of the room.

I stayed two nights in room 7003. 1. The room next to mine happened to be occupied by a family with small children. I can understand when these children are noisy and active, but what was really unfortunate was that the room wasn't soundproof, so the noise and commotion drifted into my room, and it really bothered me. 2. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the floor. Dust is accumulating around the edges. A supervisor should check it regularly. 3. The bathroom faucet is broken. It's a shame this isn't being properly addressed, considering its strategic location. Hopefully, Best Western Senayan will improve even further. Hopefully, your next stay will be better. Best Western always! 👍

There are 2 choices of standard room types (standard no window and standard). I chose the standard one, I thought there was a window but it turned out not to be, maybe it could be written as standard no window for all to avoid misunderstandings, I tried calling the FO but they didn't pick up, only called twice, the sound of people talking on the street is very audible, the hair dryer died when used at night but used in the morning it was fine, the TV channels couldn't connect to YouTube, many charging places were loose, charging the S24 Ultra type cellphone was difficult, I asked for a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room, it's ok, maybe it wasn't available because it was full. The hotel service is good, the food is very varied, easy access to GBK, only 15 minutes walk, the bathroom amenities are very good, there is a welcome drink, there are many good things, 7/10

The location is indeed strategic, but in my opinion the price and conditions are not comparable. The next room had several times the sound of objects colliding which was very clearly audible because it turned out the walls were only made of partition material and also the price of the room was like that but the room had no windows.
