Hotel tidak profesional, Bidadari Hotel dan VICO Hotel adalah nama tempat yang sama. Handuk harus diminta, kamar bau parah, tempat horor, butuh banyak perbaikan, mati lampu 2 kali di tengah malam namun sebagian kamar tidak, harus telpon pemilik malam-malam, merasakan banyak gangguan bikin semakin tak nyaman, meninap karena terpaksa, libur lebaran semua hotel full book. Amenities teko listrik tak ada, TV dan wifi tidak fungsi, lokasi masuk gang kecil muat 1 mobil, kamar tidak dibersihkan, sprei dan handuk tidak diganti, padahal sudah bilang ke pemilik, tapi cuma di rapihin aja spreinya oleh petugasnya.
