The hotel location in google map is not right. Quite far from Bellanova than expected. It is closer to Sentul circuit and the road is soil, not asphalt nor conblock. Terribly filthy during rainy season. The photos of the hotel are misleading, mostly from the Saung Kang Otong restaurant. You see the nice joglo in the photos, it is not the hotel building, it is the restaurant. The hotel looks like a boarding house. The hotel is not connected to the restaurant, still need to go through unfinished pathway and get wet during the rain.

There is no receptionist. To explain whether our bookings in that place are correct. Room air conditioners are less cold. TV picture is not clear. Want to have breakfast until 9 am not ready and the food is cold. Music is very annoying for guests who stay overnight. Until 12 o'clock at night the event was at his restaurant with loud music. the music is good. good restaurant. actually this place is good. As long as it's well managed.

1. the receptionist is not friendly. 2. Almost all bellboys do not wear masks. 3. the bathroom shower is problematic. Every time you take a shower, the water is like being rationed so that you haven't finished bathing, the water doesn't flow. 4. when you arrive at the hotel. The atmosphere is not as beautiful as the photos.

1. the entrance to the hotel is pretty bad. 2. the place is less attractive. 3. in his room there is no telephone to room service. 4. the restaurant closes at 8. 5. It is dark outside at night, the lighting is lacking. 6. Simple breakfast food. 7. in the large VIP room the air conditioner is small. 8. not recommended for those who need comfort.

It seems that this accommodation is not ready to receive guests, when we were there, around 8pm, the parking attendant guarded by the place where the inn was located did not even know there was an inn, there was no receptionist, only a restaurant cashier, we casually asked them about the lodging, there are two people, male and female, at the same time they have different answers and blame each other in front of guests, there is no ethic of a hotel frontliner, the atmosphere is noisy because there is development in front of the inn and the road to the inn is muddy and muddy due to this construction. and with prices that are quite expensive we don't get complete toiletries, breakfast is only fried rice / toast. there is no hot water even though the "receptionist" at the beginning of our arrival has already been unable to "sell" this facility. Even after lunch because there was a restaurant we had lunch here, we felt trapped too, because without prior notice you were charged a "VIP room" fee because you chose a dining table in the room.

remote locations, unfinished buildings, slow service, narrow road to locations, similar to mess employees in "remote" areas. To contact Front Fest, you have to walk, no telephone in the room, no water heater in the room. "not worth" finnaly not recommended - only suitable for meditating
