I am very disappointed, the hotel I booked for 4 days was not used, the location is very difficult to reach. I tried to call the cellphone number listed at the entrance but no one answered. Do you have no intention of opening a hotel or resort?

The hotel is really nice and aesthetically pleasing, it's also clean, from the kitchen and the rooms are clean, but the road to get there is dark at night and it's far from everywhere, it's really a hidden gem. I like being there, but I think next time I'll just come during the day if it's not crowded at night🥴 thank you for your service, Mr. Agung
