Yesterday, I booked this hotel for a stopover before my train journey. It's quite comfortable, with plenty of closets, a TV, working hot water, and a location close to the station. My only complaint is that the room is quite dim; you might want to consider replacing or adding lighting.

The soap ran out and I asked the staff for a refill, they said the soap had not arrived from the center, because I was staying for 2 nights, next time I would be better prepared and there were lots of mosquito larvae in the bathroom, after flushing it they came back, I have reported it to the staff, hopefully they will pay more attention in the future.

The water is closed, the Flazz doesn't come out, there is no shampoo and soap. For the room, it's okay, that's the only thing that needs to be considered.

Check in on the app can be at 12 but the staff said that we can only enter at 1. I brought 2 children, aged 11 and 15. But I asked for an extra bed. Additional beds cost 50/person. Strangely, even though I added a bed, my children still had to pay 50/person again. So it was a double bill. Extra bed is paid + the person also has to pay 😅 what kind of policy is this. Obviously I'm at a loss 😡 there is no place to park because it only fits 2 cars. The staff is very stiff and lazy. They don't want to talk to management to provide a solution. Access road is in a narrow alley. And finally I gave up not to occupy this room rather than arguing without a solution. Consider me giving 300 thousand in charity

In terms of strategic location, not far from the main road, near Indomaret and snacks. Staff must be friendlier to appreciate customers. Actually the room is very spacious unfortunately there is too much furniture and it is not needed so it takes up space. The sheets, bed covers and towels are dull and old and need to be replaced. The water heater in room 4 is not working.

When you first enter, the front of the room lacks lighting so it looks scary, the room looks like it hasn't been used for a long time because it smells musty, the mattress is not clean especially the bed sheet has blood stains, no room tissue is provided only toilet tissue and it looks like it's left over from the day before (not new), there are no electrical outlets in the room only in the bathroom so if you want to charge your cellphone you leave it in the bathroom, the bathroom is clean but the hotel soap is out and no toiletries are provided only towels, the room has LOTS of mosquitoes, maybe the staff should be friendlier.
