the hotel is strategic, close to the city center & culinary. next to Lawson, so if you are hungry or need snacks, you can go next door. for the cleanliness of the room and the service is good, the hotel has not been open long so the rooms are still well-maintained and clean. the breakfast is also quite good. next time I go to Purwokerto, I will stay here again.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. The room was very comfortable, but I was staying alone at that time, very disturbed by the noise of other guests from the floor below that could be heard up to my room above, even though it was already bedtime for me. In addition, the wifi was having trouble, the TV with Netflix facilities was not working. For food at that time, I ordered breakfast of toast, sausage and omelet, the taste was strange to my tongue, the bread was still cold as if it had just been taken out of the refrigerator, the omelet was fishy with an unpleasant sauce. Maybe to be safer for friends who want to stay, I suggest ordering the rice breakfast menu which is definitely warm.

The downside is that the sheets and blankets are dirty. The photo is only a small part because I cleaned them before taking the photo because I forgot. I wanted to complain but it was too late when I arrived at the hotel. I just checked in and rushed to get something done. When I got home late, when I was about to sleep, I saw that the sheets were dirty, it was obvious they had been used. It was really bad. That's why before I checked out, I took apart the sheets to replace them. It was a shame if there were other guests. I didn't sleep well.

I stayed here for 400 thousand per night, in my opinion it was not satisfying for that price and at PWT, they did not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. only soap and shampoo. Then before I decided to stay here, I read on their IG and the information was that there was a welcome drink, I checked in at 8 pm, but the hotel staff did not automatically offer a welcome drink IF NOT ASKED. Then the next day the staff offered to clean my room, I accepted because I was also away not in the room. However, when I came home I saw a used sheet that was messed up on my bag, the information was that the staff who cleaned it probably forgot to bring it back in my opinion it was unprofessional. And the towel that was just given when I spread it out turned out to be dirty, how could that be? There were several things that disappointed me because of their lack of professionalism but for the comfort of the hotel it was enough if you just want to stop by to sleep and have breakfast. The food menu is also plentiful and in my opinion quite delicious.

I think it's cheaper to buy goshow, it's too expensive to buy here lol... clean, close to everywhere. from outside the hotel you can clearly see the mountain even though it's in the middle of the city. The receptionist is superrr kind. next to Lawson, in front of the hospital.. there are lots of places to eat in front of the hotel

Pluses: Close to minimarket, strategic location, new furniture, and the welcoming drink is refreshing, especially the iced lychee tea with Javanese sugar. Minuses: - I occupied a room with a balcony (139) it's really noisy here, the room is not soundproof. - When I first entered the room, I smelled gas (from the heater) I immediately asked the hotel team to check, they were quick. - The lighting settings are a bit confusing in my opinion because there are quite a lot of lights in the room. Unfortunately, when I turn it off, they all turn off, I mean there aren't any lights left for lighting when I sleep, so I just use the TV and adjust the brightness 🙂
