Overall the room is cozy & pleasant. We booked 2 rooms cause we just need transit as we move from 1 city to another overland. My room was perfect, in the other room, the bed was somewhat old that the head side is lower than the feet. However, we had a great night rest. Thank you Cordella :)

Booked non smoking room days before but ended up getting a smoking room. Room was smelly, when I asked for air freshener they were out of stock. The smell of smoky room made me want to puke.

Last night at 10.30pm there was two people trying to enter my room with the same access card and the same room number, when I was asleep. I already checked in to the hotel from 4pm. Actually this is my first time experiencing it, I've been to many hotel before and this is the WORST. Ordering food taking 1 hour to deliver. Then in the morning there was people again trying to get into my room? Is this a hotel? Or a motel? Even motel can do better than this.

Staffs were friendly, room was clean, breakfast was good. And easy arrangement to use the free shuttle to the train station (just inform the reception). Great stay, thank you!

Pros:- Stategic Location.- Clean and comfort room.- Great swimming Pool. Cons:- Need Celuller repeater (!) Very poor celluler signal at room.- Poor Wifi Connection. Great combination with poor celluler signal.- Very very slow check in. We have more than 3 times at this hotel, and every single time we got same experience.
