This is the hotel that makes you feel you are staying at 5* hotel instead. The service is amazing, the food also very good, and all the staffs are very attentive to our needs. The facilities I think quite excellent for the price that they offered. The room is also spacious and very clean. Free minibar everyday is an added bonus. All in, I think I am happy with the service. We had the junior suite, but the room was worn down, peeling paints on the wall, music in the alleyway was too loud it was hard to sleep, bathroom mat was unspeakably dirty, the bedsheet was not tucked in properly and when we saw what 's underneath, that 's when we decided to leave the property even though we still have a one night stay left.
