This is not a 3 star hotel, this is fake.-) unmanage property.-) the room and bed smell cigarrates odour.-) the ac and mosque are noisy at 4 am.-) the bathroom is very bad and have a bad smell.-) the balcony door can't locked perfectly.-) the towel and bad linen are unclean.-) hot water suddenly off. This is my first and last visit. Not reccomended.

The hotel location is close to all tourist attractions. Rancabali restaurant is delicious. The hotel is also clean, fresh air and freezing cold 14c. Thank You.

The place is comfortable, the children really enjoy it. But even better if each room is provided with a cupboard to store bags. But overall satisfied staying here.

The elevator looks like it is not maintained, the view from the room is good, the pool is not warm, the room is quite spacious, the room should be given room perfume as well as bed linen. The food doesn't taste good

The hotel is okay, but the breakfast service is not complete, I think it's just preferable for weekend tourists, the menu is complete, for weekdays it's only fried rice , hopefully the service can be improved 👍

I really enjoyed the place. Even though there was an AC, I didn't turn it on because the air was already cold even during the day. Breakfast okay lots of choices. There is a large bird cage for children, which is suitable.

The most pleasant thing about this hotel is the swimming pool with warm water, especially in the afternoon when it is drizzling. Hot & fresh. But for the rich room facilities, it is too expensive with the usual facilities. At the peak the price is 700 thousand. You've got a hotel with good facilities. The children's games are quite complete, the restaurant and food are ordinary, not satisfying for that price.

Complete facilities for a cool and comfortable resort, but some improvements could be more exciting, for example the swimming pool is more kept clean, the sulfur crust makes a dirty impression on the pool water. And also the superior room on the balcony is given a table and chairs that can make you relax looking at the mountain

The location and facilities are quite good even though they are not well maintained due to the pandemic. but it's still quite ok, unfortunately the restaurant experience was very bad, the kwetiauw dinner couldn't be chewed, let alone swallowed, other foods were made too salty. Not worth the price paid closed with plastic breakfast coming into the mouth from fried vermicelli. I have complained to the officer and there has been no reaction. Maybe it can get attention
