Right in front of TP, just cross a short distance and you'll be there, the staff are friendly, even the security guard is friendly, they helped me carry my suitcase, I left it at TP before checking in, the staff brought my suitcase to my room, thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel's location is opposite Tunjungan Plaza, so going to Galaxy Mall is very close. The hotel staff is very friendly, very pleasant. Starting from the receptionist, cleaning staff to security. I highly recommend staying here and next time I will stay here again

Nice hotel, located in very strategic area, very near to bus stop and mall and food & beverages stall. The hotel itself is clean, they provided daily bottled water and you can refill the water on the water station available in the hallway. The staff hospitality are great, they're so friendly and helpful, they have a great taste of jokes as well. The room, actually not that big, but you can held up to 7 people comfortably. Bathroom are a little homework, only for the privacy context, other than that, for the price offered, very value

The staff was very friendly. Location was really convinient cause near from TP and located in city center. Room was clean and smell good. Bathroom was clean. Bath linen smell good. AC was perfect operated. Price of the hotel was affordable with good location. RECOMMENDED HOTEL!!!
