Checking in at night, I got information from the receptionist that the towels were out of stock with the reason that it was full occupancy since Eid, is there no back up plan for a small hotel without towels? There was no bath mat in the room, the hot water didn't work, the water tap was broken, the toilet seat was slightly broken which could cause injury, the room smelled, overall the price was worth it because it was a transit hotel/similar, but it didn't match the picture on the application!

. Hotel Staff Not Helpful At All (Lights in Room Off for Hours, Hotel Staff Have No Solution, Ignore Customers and Choose to Chat with Friends on Chairs Outside the Hotel). The room is too noisy, the room is too free for teenagers to enter, crowded and going in and out of the room in turns. Already paid through the application, according to the price listed in the application. The hotel asked to add a fee of 50k / night, with the excuse of a system error. It Makes No Sense!
