Compact and Cozy Studio Atria Apartment

Travelio staff is really good. But the unit facilities are terrible. There is an unpleasant smell for 24 hours whose source is unknown, many of the lights are broken, the room is dark, the water heater is not working and the AC swing is broken.

I booked 19.30 to check in at 20.00. It turned out that I had just been notified to move the application to Travelio 20.26. After a series of installations of new applications and registration (which if I had known from the start I would not have continued) I was informed again at 21.51 that the room I booked had an AC leak. Then directed to move to a room at Paramount. However, I refused because it didn't have twin beds as I requested at the beginning. Up to this point the roomboy and CS were still trying to force me to check out the room at Paramount. After I found out that the room at Paramount was a queen bed and they were still trying to ask me to check the room first, this is where I started to feel uncomfortable. I firmly asked for the room I ordered at the beginning because it had twin beds even though the AC was leaking, I only asked for a bucket to catch the leak because at that time I was very tired. This is because I booked a room for me and my co-worker who are both men so it would be uncomfortable if we were forced to share a queen bed. Until here at 22.20 I was informed to go back to Atria. My assumption is that the room is ready. It turned out that the room was not ready and was asked to wait again until 23.04. Next I was asked to go to my room. Unexpectedly, the room was still a mess. Garbage everywhere, the mattress was still messy from where someone had slept. At this point I asked the roomboy to clean the room and change the bed sheets right away. Long story short, at 23.40 the bed had just been made and the rubbish thrown away, before my eyes. And I was actually only able to use the room I booked for 300 thousand with a deposit of 300 thousand after a series of very unpleasant things at 23.55. And check out at 08.00 in the morning.
