We have the worst experience in this hotel. We looked at all reviews here that's why we booked to this hotel. But when we get there in the room, the entire room was the worst. You will smell sp*rm* everywhere - towels and even the bedsheets are dirty. I can't even sleep or shower there as you can see in the picture. Then when it's time for us to go outside, we got locked inside. The key isn't functioning and for 30 minutes we are inside. No telephone to call the receptionist and even the contact numbers of hotel were cannot be reached. What if we don't know someone outside to help us? So we will be locked in! And when we go back to hotel, we can't even enter! We checked out the next day and we want a refund for 2 days that we didn't stay there. Very unfair on our part. The hotel must be clean at all times.

It 's like the old saying"You get what you pay for."Bed was conformable enough. TV system was impossible to navigate. Basement parking was doable but difficult when raining. Location is quite good with easy access to either Fatmawati or Antasari and there is an Alfamart nearby. It 's OK, but wouldn't stay there again. Cheers, Mick.

It's always nice and comfortable to stay here because I like the room and especially the swimming pool. But this time it was a bit lacking because the electricity in my room suddenly went down and the staff didn't apologize for this and instead told my husband to immediately turn it on himself. Then in the morning before checking out, I wanted to swim but the elevator had an error then the swimming pool access door was locked even though it was already 9 am, as a result I had to go back and forth up and down the stairs to ask the staff.

For a good place, affordable price? Mines 1 did not comply with my request, the top floor was given to those who brought it, please educate the employees more.

The central system is very, very ambiguous. Even the branch admitted it. Things like this shouldn't happen, especially when a company like COVE is so big. Such a shame.
