The staff is very helpful, the room is comfortable, but unfortunately the room is a bit dirty (the kitchen is dusty, there are lots of small cockroaches in the room, the dishwashing sponge even has maggots), please improve the cleanliness of the room, thanks 🙏.

Langganan nginep di sini, staffnya ramah, pengurusnya juga ramah dan baik banget. Waktu itu dapet unit yang agak beda dari sebelumnya, pas komplen minta ganti, langsung diganti, bener-bener yang namanya komplen customer itu ditanggapin. Ga pake nanya a i u e o, begitu minta pindah unit, langsung sigap. Sedikit evaluasi saja untuk unit AC nya mohon diperhatikan ya agar lebih dingin lagi. Minta ganti handuk per hari, langsung dianter sama staffnya. Seluruh pelayanan aman.
