Beautifully decorated. Warm and welcoming staff, excellent services by staff. Price is great. Location is in the middle of surabaya. Breakfast: taste was not so great but had pretty wide selection of meals. Parking lot was narrow especially the basement, but they provide free valet to park your car.

During check in and check out the receptionist was very friendly and humble as well as the other employees. At that time I ordered food here the food was very delicious, during breakfast it was also very delicious the food was really good to stay here.

Stayed here for 2 nights.. The room is spacious and clean, complete facilities, free snacks and drinks, also got a welcome cake. The view from the room is very beautiful, especially at night. The breakfast is a buffet, delicious and has many choices.
The only drawback is the window glass is still dirty (the outside) so it's a bit disturbing when enjoying the beautiful city view.
But overall I'm satisfied with the service, it's very worth it for that price.

After checking in, when we wanted to take a shower, the tap water turned out to be a bit brownish, so we informed the hotel staff to check. Thank you for the fast response, when we checked at night the water was clear again. The hotel is comfortable and the food is delicious.

Comfortable room, the city view from the room is really good. Strategic location. But if you bring a car, parking is in the basement, the road is a bit narrow. Check in and check out are fast, the receptionist is very helpful. It's just a shame that the security guards can't smile.
