The hotel is really good, the room is spacious, clean, the bed is twin with a queen size bed, you can imagine how big the bed is. The staff is also friendly and fast. The hotel's location is also very strategic, right across from the Batu mayor's official residence, the swimming pool is also clean and well-maintained with a depth level that is just right for children, but maybe a little suggestion, the cafe or ex-cafe around the swimming pool should be tidied up a bit more to make it better, but overall 👍👍👍👍

I've stayed here twice, you can choose the family room for your family. At that price, it's worth it. Only one thing that's a bit surprising. There are lights on the wall but they're not covered anymore. So the bricks look hollow. 😂

Please, the torn and damaged sofa is not suitable for use in the room. It should be stored in storage. Placing a torn sofa in a room is like receiving a room that doesn't respect the guest. This is the first time I've found a 500,000 rupiah hotel with a torn sofa patched with duct tape in a room, making it uncomfortable for the guests. Please evaluate this with the hotel management team.

The bed had a lot of hair and the blanket didn't seem to have been changed. The toilet was dirty, I kind of regretted ordering it. The service took a long time to respond because the soap dish was broken. As for breakfast, it was quite good, even though the meat was undercooked. That's all and thank you.

I know check in is at 14.00. But at least the receptionist called according to the queue, when I arrived at 13.50, there were indeed many people queuing at the right time and immediately rushed forward, this is the first time I have been to a hotel like this. Another drawback is that the hot water doesn't work normally even though it has been turned on for more than 10 minutes, I let it sit but it's only a bit warm, when my little kids use it they all cry because the water still feels cold. For the food at breakfast when I ate it was all salty, but because my husband and I ate in turns when I asked my child who had eaten he said it wasn't salty, then I remembered I took it when it had just been refilled so maybe the taste was different. When I arrived the toilet paper was almost finished I had to tell them first and I forgot my slippers so they weren't given to me in my room but when I said so they gave me all of them. For the property at the swimming pool, especially it seemed untidy, the bathroom at the swimming pool was incredibly dirty. Near the pool there seems to be a mini bar but it is no longer used. It would be better to just throw away the glass table that is used to sell food rather than looking shabby. It is appropriate in my opinion for the same price.

Good hotel service, friendly staff, central location close to tourist attractions, breakfast is quite varied and delicious. a little correction, the room is not clean enough, there is still hair on the pillow, the sofa is a bit dirty, and the bathroom has no mat, also to add an exhaust fan so the smell comes out quickly.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during the holiday season (27–29 June 2025). Overall, our experience was quite pleasant. The location is strategic in the city center, suitable for morning walks or light exercise because of its fresh and comfortable atmosphere. The view from the hotel is also very pleasing to the eye. The hotel staff are friendly and responsive, and the food served is quite delicious. However, there are several things that I think can still be improved to make the stay experience more optimal. The cleanliness of the room needs more attention—I found several strands of hair/fur that were probably left behind by previous guests. The towels provided were also torn, and I think they should be replaced immediately for guest comfort. In addition, the hot water in the bathroom only lasted less than 10 minutes, even though the temperature in Batu was quite cold at that time. On the other hand, the room service was quite good, although it was a little confusing because the tip I left on the first day was not taken. Whether it was due to policy or other reasons, maybe it can be explained further in the future. Hopefully this input can be used as evaluation material so that this hotel can provide better service in the future. Thank you.
