The apartment staff is hard to contact, I contacted them from 6 pm to 10 am and they didn't respond. The room is not provided with water and soap, it's not very clean, there are lots of ants. I really don't recommend this place.

The check-in limit until 22.00 is subject to an additional fee of 30,000 thousand which is unreasonable, a deposit of 200 thousand is the same as the hotel price and is returned on the 3rd day without any guarantee for us, if after we are checked in, are we responsible for the damage? The reviews on the app are generally bad, the rooms are bad, smelly, etc.

The location is quite strategic, in the center of Tangerang city, easy to reach near the train station. The condition of the room did not match the description, the room was a bit dirty, the bathroom was clogged, gas was not provided for the stove. You also have to ask for a water heating boiler first. I booked 3 rooms and was only given 1 water kettle. Please fix it again.

This is the first time I've checked in so much trouble. It beats a 4-star hotel in my opinion. I waited for almost 40 minutes to check in in the lobby, even though I said I would arrive at the location at this time. It took a deposit of 200 thousand even though the app rental price was not that much. The 4-day refund was also asked again to the admin. The funds were just returned. The room was just ordinary, there were no towels, no wifi, and no drinking water at all. I asked, there really was nothing, okay. I'm quite discouraged and hopefully it will be taken into consideration.

How can a big name app cooperate with Nusalink? The service is extremely bad. I read the comments and almost the same complaints. My experience when buying in the app, there was a provision to contact Nusalink 2 hours before. What happened was almost 2.5 hours of waiting without any response. After 3 hours, I was contacted by you guys 'sorry'. Does Nusalink only expect guests? Because it looks like this. Please test the feasibility of this apartment app!

It was really bad for the first time because I saw the ad photo that it was neat and clean, beyond expectations I only got 1 towel and it was damp, the liquid soap was really like water, the room smelled like a hole in the blanket, there was no table to put things on, the staff took a crazy long time and had to wait until the clock 2 passes before you can enter the room, the deposit is quite large, not suitable for people who only have enough money to pay for check in, not a recommendation.

1. Checking in takes too long and is long-winded. 2. Late check in will be charged 1 hour 30,000; Applies multiply. 3. The room is very dirty, the bed is dirty and unfit. 4. The accommodation is more suitable for sex. 5. Smelly pillows and blankets. 6. The way you ask for the deposit is a bit unethical, with the cost of a night's stay priced at 250 thousand, it's more worth it in other hotels. Very wrong choice here. For permanent accommodation, you would rather enjoy a hotel, you regret renting here, you think it's cheap, clean and the facilities are okay. It turns out it's just an image to make it interesting. I rent a room here before and it was better. This one did not give any information after I booked in traveloka. I have to contact the number. Luckily the staff was stand-by so I could use the room. The room itself is pretty basic, think about melati/one-star hotel/hostel. Neither drinking water nor hot water are available. The room is clean enough but it seems that none use the room for a long time.
