This is our favorite hotel, free from Puncak traffic. The hotel grounds are spacious with a grassy field and views of rice paddies, a vegetable garden, and a large swimming pool. Comfortable. The rooms are clean, and the pool is also clean. It's surprisingly cold at night, reaching 16 degrees Celsius. The downsides: no breakfast, and the water heater doesn't work. There are also a few monkeys roaming around in the backyard. And there's no evening entertainment, like music or karaoke.

I've stayed here twice. The atmosphere is comfortable and fresh, even though it's not too cold. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, and most importantly, there's a swimming pool for the kids. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the Puncak main road, but overall, it's okay. I'll probably stay here again when I'm on vacation in Puncak.

The female staff were nice, but the male staff were slow to respond. I asked for soap and it didn't come until I called again. There's no Wi-Fi, but it's pretty cool, which is important. It's a bit scary at night due to the lack of lighting.
