We choose this hotel every year before Eid because of its proximity to the beach, coastal food stalls, chain restaurants, malls, cafes, lounges, and bars. The friendliness of the hotel staff is a priority for us. Thank you, DEKUTA; we'll be staying again next year, Maturseksma.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, non-racist, and very considerate of both domestic and international guests. The location is convenient and very close to Beachwalk Shopping Center. The rooms are also comfortable and clean, with fast water, cool and well-functioning air conditioning, and daily housekeeping.

The location is very close to the beach walk mall, just walk, but the location is also often congested. Because it is located in an alley and there is only 1 lane. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast menu is quite diverse but if it runs out, it takes a long time to refill, but no problem. For the room I took a junior suite, the size is big and very spacious but when I first entered the room it smelled musty. After being asked to spray it, the room became more comfortable. The distance between the bed and the TV is quite far so it's not comfortable to watch, then there is no hair dryer, few power outlets. When I first took a shower in the shower area, suddenly insects appeared from the water hole :)) The room is always cleaned and tidied up every day. But overall, it's comfortable to stay at Dekuta. As for the room, I think it's subjective. For hospitality, it's really good! So, if you want to find a hotel with an affordable price, close to Kuta beach, and Beach Walk Mall, this is one of the right options.

I stayed at Dekuta for 5 days in March 2025. I wish I did my whole trip there. I had the pool access room which was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was nice. The staff were amazing. The restaurant and bar were fantastic. Fast Wi-Fi. Perfect. Also, a great restaurant next door called Fat Chow. Located on Poppy's Lane 2, plenty of shops around. The only 2 cons, which were not a huge problem but worth pointing out. Hot water in the shower was practically nonexistent except on one day which there was some hot water. And the pool was a little on the warm side too, which isn't very refreshing on a hot day. But honestly, all the pros made up for a couple of minor things. I love Dekuta. Thank you so much to all the staff.

The AC leaked, the extra bed mattress was broken, my child fell from the mattress, the staff gave a new mattress but he slept on the floor, asked for a bed cover but was given a thin blanket. It's a bit sad. Previously this was our family's favorite hotel because it was close to everywhere. Hopefully next year the comfort can be improved.
