The parking regulations are strange. Parking isn't free. You have to pay 60,000 Rupiah to exit the parking lot because the car was inside overnight, and you're staying overnight. Even though you already provided your license plate number at check-in, it turns out you have to report to the front desk every time you leave. The front desk was rude and often asked to register to exit the parking lot. We stayed for 2 nights. We ordered a non-smoking room and got a smoking room. Asking for a change took a long time to get a new room. After getting the new room, it was sprayed with perfume (which is toxic). The room looked like it hadn't been occupied for a long time; the furniture had food stains that, when scrubbed, were actually easy to clean. The glass table had what looked like a spilled face mask that hadn't been cleaned. We ran out of tissues, and when we asked for more, the employee asked threateningly, "Are you still staying here? I won't get any more if I clean the room." The room was nice, spacious, and cheap. Although the front desk warned us that it was near a cemetery, we didn't mind. The food was also delicious. Perhaps management needs to improve their employees' work to prioritize a good customer experience. Improve the parking system, too. It's a shame the hotel is nice but the service is lacking.

Overall, my stay here was satisfactory. However, since I was staying on a weekend and the rooms were full, I ended up getting a room with a window overlooking the public cemetery. I opened the window blinds during the day, and it really did face the cemetery, and it seemed like someone was going to be buried right in front of it. It was truly terrifying at night, haha.

For the budget, it's highly recommended, the AC is really cold, the only downside is that when you request a king size, the mattress is only pressed together so there's a gap in the middle.

The service is very bad, I was sick and asked for help to extend my stay but I asked them to come upstairs. Their answer was curt, "You go downstairs, we're busy here too." Even though I've explained repeatedly that the reason for extending is because they're really confused. Then, children under 12 are charged for food. It wasn't explained either that children under 12 are charged. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were told that children over 6 years old will be charged an additional fee. It's a shame the service is bad, the hotel location is strategic. The room is quite comfortable.
